Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a First-Line Electronic and Electrical (EE) Engineering Manager to lead the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) Mission Systems team located in Richardson, TX .The position will be an integral leader of a team supporting our MS&B portfolio of programs. The leader in this role will be responsible leading the team to execute design, certification, and supplier equipment management for mission computing hardware.Position Responsibilities:

Leading employees performing engineering and technical activities in area of mission computing hardware design and certification.

Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.

Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and sets operational goals.

Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

Manage, develops, and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

3+ years of experience leading or managing an engineering project or team.

5+ years of engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Practiced skills in a Mission Systems IPT role and associated technologies, including: HW design, system integration, performance analysis, flight test support, and requirements verification.

Experience working with military or defense organizations.

Familiarity with military communication standards and protocols.

Experience with working with suppliers.
